NTRY HPL Hot Press for Formica HPL Compact Processing Line

HPL press is a specialized hot press designed for producing high-pressure laminates , widely used in furniture, flooring, compact boards, and decorative surfaces. It operates under high temperature (typically 120-160 °C) and high pressure (up to 3300 tons or more) to bond layers of kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin and decorative paper impregnated with melamine resin.

Press Mechanical Specification

Main press consists of Frame, cylinder, hot platen, upper and down beam, inlet/outlet overheating water/steam system, hydraulic station, and electronics controls. Every frame is made of 2pcs of windows structures. To guarantee precision and toughness, frame is non-welded steel plate. All frame is manufactured in heavy digital boring miller to keep same parallelism. Cylinder plunger material is made by chilled cast iron, cylinder block is ZG500-270 casting steel. Tailor made main sealer. All cylinder passes 32Mpa high pressure test. Min 2years of sealer operating life. All hot platen surface is in high precision grinding process to keep its shape deformation tolerance, surface roughness. Hot platen inner piping is drill out as multi in/out piping, it makes hot platen surface temperature tolerance is less than 3C degree, Multi hot platen temperature difference not more than 4C degree. Hydraulic station nominal operating pressure as 29MPa, under this pressure the press is guaranteed to operate in a long-term. Temperature operating figure chart is built-in its programming, rich HMI is easier to set press operating parameter automatically. Extra alarm features:

1. heating overtime Alarm.

2. cooling overtime alarm.

3. heating overtime alarm.
