Vertical Pre-Preg Impregnation Line For Glass Fiber Epoxy

The vertical prepreg impregnation production line is suitable for continuous impregnation, drying, winding or cutting of 7628, 2116, 1080 and other electronic grade glass fiber cloth, felt, and paper. It adopts imported far-infrared layer hot oil radiation and hot air drying, and multi-point temperature control on the left, middle and right sides. The PP surface is smooth, free of impurities and bubbles. The finishing adopts closed-loop servo control, multi-point tension control, and constant tension throughout the line.

1. Application

NTRY1800 Vertical Prepreg Impregnation Line is used for glass fiber epoxy resin impregnation, drying, and stacking. It is mainly applied to CCL, insulation panels, and related products.

1.1 Applicable Materials

80-150 gsm/m2, 900-1535 mm glass fiber, glass fiber felt, kraft paper, and cotton fiber.

2. Operating Environment

  • Corrosion-free, soluble resin
  • Ambient temperature: -5°C to +40°C
  • Relative humidity: ≤90% (at 20°C)
