Project overview

01

The challenge

Arab Building System Industries needed an economical, energy-saving impregnation line that could maintain accurate cutting and synchronized web speeds.

02

Engineering solution

NTRY configured a 4 ft 2+3 line with five oven sections, a synchronized cutter that tracks paper-edge marks, and three closed-loop line-speed compensation systems.

03

Project outcome

The line was commissioned in May 2019 and operated steadily at 15–20 m/min, with cutting tolerance controlled to 0.2 mm over 2400 mm.
